About Our Therapists

Artful Explorations Therapy is led by Kristen Rashid, MA, ATR-BC, LPC and is comprised of a team of mental health professionals trained in art therapy and counseling. We have experience providing therapy services across the life span and supporting many different backgrounds and concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustments and life transitions, trauma, grief/loss, emotion dysregulation, family issues, neurodiversity, identity exploration, chronic illness, and more. We offer individual therapy for adults and teens, provide parent/guardian consultations and support, and offer child-centered therapy for kids ages 3 and up.
